Two year replacement warranty on all bicycle parts, including electrical, should any parts fail due to manufacturing defects.

Any labour related to installing additional components or general maintenance from usage will be charged at standard rates.

Pedal Easy is not liable for any injury that may occur while using the Pedal Easy electric bicycle. You are required by law to wear a helmet when riding an e-bike. Please read the owner’s manual before riding your e-bike.

We ship our bikes by courier anywhere in Canada. Bikes are shipped in a standard bike box, 95% assembled. The front wheel needs to be installed and detailed  instructions are provided, including YouTube video links. Some customers prefer to have a local bike shop do this for them.
